STATEMENT OF RIGHTS: The Permian Basin MPO is committed to ensuring that no person is excluded from participation in, or denied the benefits of, or be subject to discrimination in the receipt of its services on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, age, disability or any other characteristics protected by law including Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 as amended. Any persons who believe they have been aggrieved by an unlawful discriminatory practice regarding Permian Basin MPO's program has a right to file a formal complaint. Any such complaint must be in writing and submitted to Permian Basin MPO's Title VI Coordinator within one-hundred eighty (180) days following the date of the alleged occurrence.
